Consider upgrading to a sea view room for amazing vistas, especially on the upper floors where the windows might be limited.

It was very central - exactly where we wanted to be. Was lovely and clean, not too small a space, with everything we could need - including a safe for our possessions and free wi-fi. The breakfast was good, although not inclusive in our deal. Staff were very helpful, and all spoke English, although were willing to speak French when we persisted!

The breakfast wasn't inclusive and the jacuzzi bath was just a little small to be able to use as a jacuzzi - the water ended up going everywhere!

The design of the apartment was fine, embodying a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and local influences. I was thrilled with the very nice harbor view from my room. The breakfast was hands down the best I've experienced. The fresh omelets and pancakes were a good start to my day!

The staff were attentive, learning our preferences quickly. The personalized touch of having extra towels left without request stood out during our stay, reflecting high attention to detail.

The Grand Tonic Hotel is strategically located on the famous Old Port of Marseille. The outside section of the very fine restaurant has a direct view of the port and of the activity surrounding it. The hotel is close to the city centre and the modern and stylish La Fayette shoppig centre. The shuttle to the iles du Frioul (which must be visited) docks immediately across the road.

It has a decent size and stylish rooms with a fantastic view, very comfy bed, as for instance to feel comfortable.

Amazing harbor views

The situation of the hotel was brilliant. Right in the middle of the Vieux Port yet very quiet (we had a courtyard side room) We got a very good deal through Booked.net but I do wonder whether any one every pays the rate on the door as it did seem exhorbitant. The room had been newly redecorated and the bathroom was quite luxurious.

We made the mistake of eating in the hotel the first night. There are plenty of better restaurants nearby. It wasn't expensive but very limited choice and probably microwaved.

The bed was very confortable and the bathroom was good.

It was a bit hot despite trying to use the ac.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with fine views of the harbor that added to the charm of my visit.

Breakfast was a bit pricey.

very good hotel. We were there with our one year old child. The hotelstaff had prepared a bed for our little one. We did ot pay extra for it. I would definetely recommend this hotel if you travel with toddlers. Hotel right opposite the boat that takes you to le chateau d'if and les iles friours. very nice experience.

The breakfast is extremely expensive (16euros) and far from amazing.

Really good Experience with Great View and Spacious Suite!

Our family enjoyed a good stay with amazing views of the harbor. The suite offered plenty of space for us to unwind and the decor was charming. Pro tip, arrive early for check-in. The staff made it seamless for us. Highly recommend for families visiting Marseille!
